When I was in elementary school, my mom went on a business trip to the Philippines for a few months. She brought back this recipe and since then, it has been a staple in our household. It is very easy to make and it is absolutely delicious! Pork giniling is one of my favorite meals and eating it always brings me back to my childhood. I hope you enjoy it, too!
Heat oil and sauté garlic and onion until soft.
Add ground pork and cook for 5 minutes (until browned)
Add bouillon, tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
Add carrots and potatoes, stir and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook until veggies are done. Serve with rice.
